This is my first CPAC Meeting. Please include me in the Newcomers' breakfast on Monday.

Sponsors receive their choice of one format or both of a preliminary CD-ROM disk or a notebook containing the presentations, posters, and other materials supplied by the meeting speakers and presenters.  You may elect to receive any combination of meeting material formats, but CPAC would like to obtain estimates of each to minimize meeting costs, waste, and effort associated with producing these materials.

Tutorial:  8:00 a.m. - Noon
Special Topic Presentations, CPAC Overview, Focus Group Introductions and Poster Sessions: 1:30 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.

CPAC Vendor Showcase and Welcome Reception: 5:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.

Research Presentations and Lab Tours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Dinner in the UW Faculty Club: 6:00 p.m.

Guest Fee for the Dinner: $40/person

  Research Presentations and Focus Groups: 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

IAB Meeting (Full Sponsors Only): 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

NeSSI™Workshop: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
NeSSI™ Reception: 4:30-6:00 p.m.

The registration fee for on-site attendees includes morning and afternoon breaks, Monday's reception and vendor display, and Tuesday's event in addition to all presentations and materials. Lunches are on your own, and to broaden communication, we encourage sponsors to take a graduate student to lunch.

Sponsor Registration Fees (per person): Full Meeting  - $500.00, Monday only including vendor workshop and reception -  $225.00.

Guests (per person):  Full Meeting  - $550.00*, Monday only including vendor workshop and reception - $275.00 (CPAC Non-Disclosure is required only for Poster Session participation.)

*Guests must sign a CPAC Nondisclosure Form in order to attend the Monday Poster Session or any portion of the meeting on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Vendors-Exclusively Monday Display/Reception:  $350.00 for the company (up to 3 participants). 

NeSSI™ Workshop Only:  $275.00 Thursday, November 8, 2007

Web Conferencing is available at $500 per company.  This allows for unlimited company connection during the meeting.
